We do not operate other forms on the Site, and we do not collect payment information through the Site.

All contact information is collected through an embedded booking widget hosted by GoHighLevel (HighLevel, Inc.), our third-party scheduling provider. The widget appears as an iframe on the Site. When you submit the form, your information is transmitted directly to GoHighLevel and forwarded to us for scheduling purposes.

3. How We Use It

We use the information you provide to:

• Schedule and confirm your free consultation call
• Conduct the consultation itself
• Follow up with you by email or phone about your inquiry or engagement
• Provide the services you have requested or engaged us to perform

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Your information is shared only with:

• GoHighLevel, which acts as a processor and stores the booking record on our behalf
• Service providers strictly necessary to operate our business (for example, an email provider), which are contractually obligated to handle your information confidentially
• Authorities or other parties when required by law, subpoena, or court order

5. Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate Site traffic. Cloudflare Web Analytics is privacy-focused: it does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not collect personal data. We may add additional analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) in the future, in which case we will update this Policy and identify any cookies or identifiers introduced.

6. Cookies

The Site itself does not set cookies. The embedded GoHighLevel booking widget may set cookies when you interact with it, governed by GoHighLevel's own privacy practices. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

7. Data Retention

We retain booking and contact information for as long as it is needed to schedule and provide the services you have requested, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see "Your Rights" below).

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Withdraw consent for further processing where processing is based on consent
